We love barbecue and we love helping people use the barbecue they have.
Learn from our Texan born Pitmaster as he shows you great techniques to use on your barbecue.
Our barbecue school classes are designed to be laid back and easy going.
Do you mainly cook steak and sausages on your BBQ? Do you want to learn how much potential your barbie REALLY has? Do you have BBQ questions that Google hasn't quite been able to answer? Learn new barbecue cooking skills and have your questions answered by our very own Texan BBQ Pitmaster Brian Gray!
Easy cooking for a gourmet experience. Interesting stories and BBQ factoids. Go home with a BBQ Goodie bag. Eat, learn, socialize and have a drink on us. Learn how to get the most out of your barbie! Impress your friends with your new found cooking skills.
We want you to enjoy learning how to get the most from your barbecue not matter what barbecue you have.
Learn both Hot n Fast and Low n Slow techniques as you cook and eat your way through the afternoon.
Our courses are suitable for anyone with a barbecue who wants to improve their barbecuing skills and learn some basic maintenance.
Classes are kept to a maximum of 15 people for your comfort and well being.
At the end of the day you will have a full belly, a sample bag of goodies, and the knowledge to help you take your barbecue cooking to the next level.
Classes start at 11.30am and finish around 4pm

What might be covered in a typical class? Obviously nothing is set in stone as we want to keep our courses as interesting and relevant for us as we hope they will be for you.
But Typically we cover
|Breakfast||Bacon, Egg, potato and Cheese tacos w/ salsa|
|Brunch||Smoked tomato, Grilled portabello mushrooms, and Grilled zucchini|
|Lunch||Chicken tacos, Skirt steak tacos, Smoked queso and guacamole|
|Dinner||Smoked Brisket, Butter milk brined and smoked chicken, reverse seared Tri-Tip, Smoked salmon with mustard Coleslaw.|
