This fun and sociable cooking class will take you through meat selection, how to barbecue some great vegetable side dishes and new BBQ techniques, including both the hot and fast and low and slow methods. Think fall-off-the-bone meats, a tasty breakfast and a mouthwatering steak and you're on the right track. Take home a BBQ goodie bag to continue the magic at home.
After the class you will be given exclusive access to the Dotmall Barbecue store and will receive a 10% discount on all purchases

Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:
Changes made within 72 hours of the booking will incur a $50 per person fee. This will be the fee for the fresh produce already assigned to you
No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit their class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
We are reasonable people and want you to have the best experience so just talk to us and we can usually work something out.
What might be covered in a typical class? Obviously nothing is set in stone as we want to keep our courses as interesting and relevant for us as we hope they will be for you.
But Typically we cover
Bacon, Egg, potato and Cheese tacos w/ salsa
Smoked tomato, Grilled portabello mushrooms, and Grilled zucchini
Chicken tacos, Skirt steak tacos, Smoked queso and guacamole
Smoked Brisket, Butter milk brined and smoked chicken, reverse seared Tri-Tip, Smoked salmon with mustard Coleslaw.
